Fedor Fomin

Fedor Fomin is a professor of algorithms in the Department of Informatics at the University of Bergen, where he has worked since 2002. His research concerns the design and analysis of algorithms for difficult computational problems.

His interests include graph algorithms, parameterized complexity, combinatorics, combinatorial games and the algorithmic foundations of machine learning. He is a co-author of books on parameterized algorithms, kernelization and exact exponential algorithms.
