Sarah Whitehouse is Professor of Mathematics at the University of Sheffield. Her research lies in algebraic topology and homotopy theory, with particular focus on operads, derived categories, and the algebraic structures that arise in topology.
Her work includes Goodwillie calculus and the chromatic approach to stable homotopy theory.
